Each tour has a departure time and a fixed number of places. Visitors book a spot on the 15:00 group and, if it fills up, pick the next departure.

When Saturday or the pairing dinner is full, guests join the waiting list for the time they wanted. If a booking is cancelled, the next in line takes the spot automatically and is notified.

Confirmation and reminder arrive on WhatsApp, and guests confirm right there in the chat, without calling the restaurant.
