Yes, you can create a service type and mark it for internal use. This type of agenda is used to manage appointments made outside the official schedule, such as last-minute bookings.
In case of phone scheduling, instead of writing down the appointment in a paper calendar, you register the appointment directly on the MinhaAgendaVirtual platform. This way, anyone scheduling online will not be able to book that same time slot.
If you have already made an appointment, you can track whether the appointment is confirmed, view details of the date and location, or even cancel it. To do this, simply log in to the platform using the appointment email. If this is your first access, we need to confirm your email and create a personal password to grant access to the appointment data.
